His Majesty King Mohammed VI, may Allah assist him, received on September 18 a telephone call from US President His Excellency Joseph R. Biden.
During this conversation, the American President expressed his condolences, as well as those of the American people and government, to His Majesty the King and all Moroccans, following the major natural disaster that struck several provinces of the Kingdom.
President Biden also praised the rapid and efficient management of the consequences of this painful natural disaster, per His Majesty’s High Directives.
On this occasion, H.E. President Biden reiterated the US commitment to providing the necessary aid and support to the Kingdom based on the needs identified by the Moroccan authorities and as part of the multi-faceted action plan deployed by the Kingdom to overcome this ordeal.
