Royal Air Maroc (RAM) announced on its website that “following the public service strike notice in France on January 31, 2023, all airlines have been requested to reduce their flight schedule for the day (applicable from 5:00 am GMT to 22:30 pm GMT) at Paris-ORY airport and Royal Air Maroc supports its customers by moving them to other flights.”
Royal Air Maroc (RAM) also stated that customers scheduled for the canceled flights AT764 and AT765 of January 31, 2023 have been switched to flights AT770 and AT771 of January 31, 2023, and customers scheduled for the canceled flight AT777 of January 31, 2023 have been moved to flight AT761 of January 31, 2023.
Meanwhile, the customers scheduled for the canceled flight AT776 of January 31, 2023, have been rebooked on flight AT760 scheduled for February 01, 2023.
As for Royal Air Maroc (RAM) ticket owners who do not wish to travel on the abovementioned flights, the national airline will grant a refund of the ticket in its original payment method or a free change of date, upon availability, from and to the same destination or a destination of the Royal Air Maroc (RAM) network in Europe, for a new date of travel within the fortnight following the date of the cancellation, provided that the initial duration of stay is maintained.
