The Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) highlighted, on March 3 in Riyadh, the importance of the strategic partnership uniting its member states and Morocco.
Speaking on this occasion, the Chairman of the Council’s current session, Qatari Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, His Excellency Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al Thani, affirmed that the strategic partnership with Morocco constitutes a source of pride for the GCC countries, emphasizing the importance of expanding this cooperation to broader perspectives.
It should be noted that the joint ministerial meeting between the Kingdom of Morocco and the Cooperation Council for the Arab States of the Gulf is part of the solid relations and renewed strategic partnership uniting Morocco and the GCC countries, the foundations of which were laid by His Majesty King Mohammed VI, may Allah assist Him, and his brothers the leaders of the GCC member countries, since the Morocco-GCC Summit which took place in Riyadh on April 20, 2016.
