His Majesty King Mohammed VI offered, Thursday in Rabat, a lunch in honor of the Spanish Prime Minister (PM), Pedro Sanchez, and the Spanish delegation accompanying him.
Hosted by the Head of Government, Aziz Akhannouch, several senior officials were invited to this luncheon, including His Majesty’s Advisor, Omar Azziman, Minister of Foreign Affairs, African Cooperation and Moroccan Expatriates, Nasser Bourita, Spain’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, European Union and Cooperation, José Manuel Albares, Speaker of the House of Representatives, Rachid Talbi Alami, Speaker of the House of Councilors, Enaam Mayara, ambassadors of the two countries, and other officials.
Akhannouch and Sanchez co-chaired, Thursday, the 12th session of the Morocco-Spain High-Level Meeting, which is in line with the strategic partnership and the new relational dynamics between the two Kingdoms following the visit of Sanchez to Morocco last April, at the invitation of His Majesty King Mohammed VI.
The 12th session of the Morocco-Spain High-Level Meeting was marked by a joint statement expressing the two countries’ desire to strengthen bilateral relations, and the signing of several agreements related to fields of common interest.
