His Majesty King Mohammed VI sent a message of condolences and compassion to the Gabonese President, Ali Bongo Ondimba, following the sinking of the Esther Miracle ferry off the capital Libreville.
“I was saddened by the news of the sinking of the ferry Esther Miracle off the coast of Libreville. On this painful occasion, I send you my sincere condolences,” the Sovereign wrote in the message.
His Majesty the King expressed his deepest condolences to President Ali Bongo Ondimba and the Gabonese people, asking the Gabonese President to convey His Majesty’s deepest sympathy to the grieving families and to all the people of Gabon.
