Her Royal Highness Princess Lalla Hasnaa presided over a religious evening on October 25 at the Assouna mosque in Rabat, to commemorate the 25th anniversary of the passing of the late His Majesty King Hassan II, may Allah surround Him with His mercy.
This religious evening was marked by the recitation of verses from the Holy Quran and Prophetic panegyric on the Prophet Mohammed, peace and blessings be upon him.
On this occasion, the attendees raised prayers for the repose of the late His Majesty King Hassan II and the late His Majesty King Mohammed V, imploring Allah to shower the late Sovereigns with His infinite holy mercy.
The audience also implored Allah to preserve His Majesty King Mohammed VI, Commander of the Faithful, crown His actions and initiatives with success, and fill the Sovereign in the persons of HRH Crown Prince Moulay El Hassan, HRH Prince Moulay Rachid and all the members of the illustrious Royal Family.
The religious evening was attended by several prominent female civil and military figures.
Upon her arrival at the Assouna mosque, HRH Princess Lalla Hasnaa reviewed a detachment of the Royal Guard which paid her honors and was then greeted by the Minister of Solidarity, Social Inclusion, and Family, Aawatif Hayar, the Wali of the Rabat-Salé-Kénitra region, Governor of the Rabat Prefecture, Mohamed Yacoubi, the President of the Rabat-Salé-Kénitra Regional Council, Rachid El Abdi, the President of the Rabat City Council, Asmae Rhlalou, the Director of Entraide Nationale (EN), Khettar El Mojahidi, and the President of the Hassan District Council, Driss Razzi.
