The Secretary General (SG) of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC), Hissein Brahim Taha, praised the role of Bayt Mal Al-Quds Asharif Agency, and the support provided by the Kingdom of Morocco to the Agency to enable it to carry out its missions.
In this regard, Hissein had a phone conversation on Tuesday with the Minister of Foreign Affairs, African Cooperation and Moroccan Expatriates, Nasser Bourita, focused on bilateral relations between the Kingdom and the Organization.
Additionally, Hissein and Bourita discussed the preparations underway for the organization of the 49th session of the Council of Foreign Ministers in the Economic, Cultural and Social Affairs Domains, scheduled between March 16 and 17 in Nouakchott, and the main issues on the agenda of this session, including Afghanistan, Islamophobia, and the situation in the Sahel and Lake Chad countries.
