Under the High Patronage of His Majesty King Mohammed VI and the aegis of the International Polo Federation (FIP), the Moroccan Royal Polo Federation will organize, between May 22 and 27, the 4th edition of Mohammed VI International Polo Trophy at the Royal Guard Polo Club in Rabat and the “PGH La Palmeraie Polo Club” in Asilah.
The Moroccan Royal Polo Federation stated that this year’s edition of Mohammed VI International Polo Trophy will host eight teams from five continents, noting that the opening and the final matches will take place at the Royal Guard’s Polo Club in Souissi, Rabat.
The federation also stated that this large-scale event aims to contribute to the development and influence of Polo as an equestrian sport in Morocco, both at the professional and amateur practice levels, to turn Morocco into one of the leading countries in Polo, both continentally and internationally.
This initiative aims to strengthen Morocco’s position in Africa and internationally through an inclusive and reference organization, making Morocco an attractive polo destination, boosting tourism, and creating future opportunities for this sport’s players and enthusiasts.
