The Minister of Transport and Logistics, Mohammed Abdeljalil, held talks, on January 23, with Brazil’s Ambassador to Morocco, Alexandre Guido Lopes Parola, on ways to strengthen cooperation in the transport sector.
During this meeting, the two parties highlighted the significant potential of Morocco and Brazil to further consolidate bilateral cooperation, expressing their commitment to boosting the exchange of visits and expertise in areas of common interest particularly in terms of rail transport and port infrastructure, notes a press release.
In this regard, Minister Abdeljalil suggested the establishment of a joint working group to strengthen cooperation and determine the areas to promote.
The ministry plans also to expand the legal framework governing cooperation between the two countries in various fields, such as air and maritime, the press release concludes.
