The Arab Inter-Parliamentary Union commended the sustained efforts of His Majesty King Mohammed VI, Chairman of Al-Quds Committee, for the defense of the Holy City.
In the final declaration sanctioning the work of its 36th Congress, the Inter-Parliamentary Union also hailed the Kingdom’s constant efforts to deliver humanitarian aid to the Palestinian populations in Gaza and Al Quds with the aim of mitigating the effects of the imposed siege.
The Moroccan Parliament took part in the work of the 34th session of the Executive Committee and the 36th Congress of the Arab Inter-Parliamentary Union, held from May 25 to 27 in Algiers, with the participation of presidents and heads of delegations of Arab parliaments, in the presence of representatives of Arab, regional and international organizations.
