Head of Government, Aziz Akhannouch, stated, Thursday in Rabat, that the government has taken all the necessary measures to strengthen the supply and stock of basic products to ensure a normal market supply during the month of Ramadan.
For his part, the Minister Delegate to the Head of Government in charge of Relations with Parliament, Government Spokesman, Mustapha Baitas, reported that Akhannouch assured, in his speech at the beginning of the Council of Government, that the market supply “remains under normal conditions.”
On this occasion, the Head of Government reiterated his call to the Ministers of Interior, Agriculture, Fisheries, Rural Development and Water and Forests, Industry and Trade, and Economy and Finance, for a comprehensive mobilization of their departments to maintain the stability of prices of several consumer products and ensure daily monitoring of markets during this blessed month in order to firmly deal with price manipulators.
