In this message, His Majesty the King expressed His heartfelt congratulations to the world champion upon winning the gold medal in the 3.000m steeplechase at the World Athletics Championships (Budapest 2023), praising the athlete’s remarkable performance, which has enabled him to win this world title for the second consecutive time, a significant achievement for Moroccan sport.
The Sovereign also conveyed His High appreciation for the athlete’s sustained efforts, hard work, determination, and great patriotism, which have encouraged him to represent the Kingdom in the best possible way and proudly raise the national flag at international competitions.
