As per the order of His Majesty King Mohammed VI, may Allah assist Him, Supreme Commander and Chief of General Staff of the Royal Armed Forces, His Royal Highness Crown Prince Moulay El Hassan chaired, Sunday at the Cercle Mess Officers of Rabat, a lunch offered by His Majesty the King, on the occasion of the 67th anniversary of the establishment of the Royal Armed Forces (FAR).
Upon his arrival at the Mess, His Royal Highness Crown Prince Moulay El Hassan was greeted by the Inspector General of the Royal Armed Forces (FAR) and Commander of the South Zone, Major General Mohammed Berrid, the Delegate Army Commander of Rabat-Salé, General Abdellah Boutaleb, before reviewing a detachment of the Headquarters Battalion performing honors.
His Royal Highness was also greeted by the Head of Government, Aziz Akhannouch, the Minister Delegate to the Head of Government, in charge of the National Defense Administration, Abdeltif Loudyi, Commander of the Royal Gendarmerie, Lieutenant General Mohamed Haramou, Inspector of the Royal Air Forces, Air Division General El Abed Alaoui Bouhamid, and Inspector of the Royal Navy, Captain Major Mohamed Tahin.
The lunch was attended by Speaker of the House of Representatives, Rachid Talbi Alami, Advisors to His Majesty the King, members of the Royal Cabinet, government officials, senior officers of the General Staff of the Royal Armed Forces (FAR), and foreign military attachés in Rabat, and several other civil and military officials.
The celebration of the 67th anniversary of the establishment of the Royal Armed Forces (FAR) took place at the level of different places of arms, garrisons, units, and contingents of the Royal Armed Forces (FAR), and was marked by the delivery of the Order of the Day addressed by His Majesty the King, Supreme Commander and Chief of General Staff of the Royal Armed Forces (FAR), to the members of the Royal Armed Forces (FAR), the awarding of decorations, and troop parades.
