The High Representative of the European Union (EU) for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Josep Borrell, stressed the importance of the partnership between Morocco and the EU in the current geopolitical context.
This was the center of talks between Borrell and the Minister of Foreign Affairs, African Cooperation, and Moroccan Expatriates, Nasser Bourita, who also discussed ways to expand the partnership between Morocco and the EU and shed light on several bilateral and regional issues.
“We also discussed ways to give new impetus to the EU-Morocco partnership, more important than ever in the current geopolitical context”, stated Borrell on his X (formerly Twitter) account following his meeting with the Moroccan official on April 3.
