His Majesty King Mohammed VI sent a message of condolences and sympathy to the family of the late Ahmed Herzenni, Ambassador-at-Large and former President of the Consultative Council for Human Rights (CDDH), who passed away on November 13 in Rabat.
In His message, His Majesty the King stated that he learned with sadness the news of the passing of the late Herzenni, may Allah shower him with His Holy Mercy.
On this painful occasion, His Majesty the King expressed His heartfelt condolences and sincere sympathy to the family of the late Ahmed Herzenni, his loved ones, and extended family in the human rights community, imploring the Almighty to grant them patience and comfort.
The Sovereign recalled the humane qualities of the late Herzenni, who was one of the most loyal human rights activists to the homeland and its sacred constants, as well as his dedication and selflessness in the different high missions with which he was entrusted, notably as President of the Consultative Council for Human Rights (CDDH), praising the late’s commitment to defending freedom, justice, and equity and promoting human rights.
His Majesty the King also implored the Almighty to amply reward the deceased for his noble actions in the service of the supreme interests of the Homeland and its citizens and welcome him into His vast paradise among the holy and virtuous.
