AMDIE Launches “EXPORT MOROCCO NOW” Program

The Moroccan Agency for Investment and Exports Development (AMDIE) has launched its three-year 2024-2026 export support program under the theme “EXPORT MOROCCO NOW.”

The Agency explained in a press release that “Export Morocco Now” is a new end-to-end support program dedicated to Moroccan companies and cooperatives with export potential operating in the industry or services sectors, which will enable these companies to benefit from AMDIE’s multiple services.

The Agency explained that this program includes a market and sector monitoring and analysis service, providing information on market and sector trends and the export potential to be exploited, as well as promotion, prospecting, and canvassing through participation in trade fairs, exhibitions, economic partnership caravans, B2B events, incoming visits, and incoming missions.

The program also includes enhanced market access, with product referencing in international distribution chains and tenders abroad, and export training through participation in certification courses on a wide range of foreign trade-related sectors.

The press release also added that the program will support 350 Moroccan companies and cooperatives, broken down as follows: 250 entities with average export sales of over MAD 5 million over the last three years and 100 first-time exporters with average export sales of less than or equal to MAD 5 million in the last three years.

The Agency stated that the selection criteria are based in particular on job creation, additional export sales targeted over the period 2024-2026, the added value conferred on exports, as well as aspects relating to gender, territoriality, and sustainable development, noting that any entity wishing to benefit from the Agency’s support over the next three years must immediately join the “Export Morocco Now” program.

AMDIE calls on all Moroccan companies and cooperatives interested in the program to consult the application guidelines and submit the application form available on the website no later than October 10 at 6:00 pm. The selected entities must complete their applications within 15 days of notification before signing a three-year contract with AMDIE.

The Moroccan Agency for Investment and Exports Development (AMDIE) supports the Kingdom’s economic and social development through promoting, canvassing, and supporting investment and exports.
