Bayt Mal Al-Quds Asharif Agency, the executive arm of Al-Quds Committee, chaired by His Majesty King Mohammed VI, will organize, on April 27, the third session of its Annual Forum for People with Disabilities in the Holy City, under the theme “Improving the Quality of Life, a Collective Responsibility”.
Held for the third consecutive year, this forum will bring together around ten organizations and institutions active in the field of disability, with the participation of more than 200 individuals with disabilities and their families.
On this occasion, the Agency will provide various forms of logistical support to facilitate participants’ access to the meeting venue, as well as brochures using Braille technology for the blind and sign language translation for people with hearing impairment.
The Forum program will include a projection on the reality of institutions working on the rehabilitation of people with disabilities in Al-Quds and presentations by experts and sociologists on different themes.
Success stories of projects implemented by associations and institutions working in the field of disability will also be presented on this occasion.
The Forum will be marked by the signing of several support and funding agreements, as part of the commitment of Bayt Mal Al-Quds Asharif Agency to provide annual allocations as part of its social funds to projects in favor of people with specific needs.
