Bilateral Cooperation: Morocco, France Linked by “Unique Partnership” (Quai d’Orsay)

The deputy spokesperson for the French Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs affirmed on April 4 that Morocco and France are united by a “unique partnership” based on an “exceptional bond”.

During a weekly press briefing, the French official stated that the “first visit of the Minister of Europe and Foreign Affairs, Stéphane Séjourné, would be the starting point for other visits”, adding that the recent visit of the Minister Delegate in charge of Foreign Trade, Economic Attractiveness, Francophonie and French Nationals Abroad, Franck Riester, is part of this series of visits to bring to strengthen the unique partnership uniting Morocco and France and Morocco.

In this regard, the deputy spokesperson for the Quai d’Orsay noted that Reister’s visit falls into “this logic and this movement since he is in charge of attractiveness and foreign trade”.

“This in no way excludes the possibility of other ministerial visits in the future as part of the renewal of this strategic partnership”, concluded the official.
