Casablanca Stock Exchange starts rising

The Casablanca Stock Exchange started Monday’s trading higher, its main index, Masi, gaining 0.23% to 13.162, 28 points.


The MSI20, which reflects the performance of the prices of the 20 most liquid companies, gained 0.26% to 1,079.01 points and the Madex, a compact index composed of continuously listed stocks, rose 0.24% to 10,702. 49points.

The benchmark Environment, Social and Governance (ESG) index “Casablanca ESG 10” advanced 0.44% to 991.06 points. On the stocks front, Fenie Brossette soared 3.99% in early trading, ahead of Disway (+3.76%) and Managem (+3.48%).

The Red Lantern of Masi, S. M. Monétique lost 3.84%, followed by Taqa Morocco (-2.44%) and Jet Contractors (-1.65%).

Among the most active stocks, Disway drained 6.52 million dirham (MDH), Label Vie 2.15 MDH and Managem 1.27 MDH.
