The National Agency for Water and Forests is launching, jointly with the German Agency for International Cooperation (GIZ), the second edition of the “Green Start-up” contest.
As part of the Green Jobs II project, funded by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ), the Crédit Agricole du Maroc Group, and the Green Energy Park of Mohammed VI Polytechnic University, this initiative aims to promote green entrepreneurship through the support of green initiatives and innovations by young Moroccans who merge economic development and the preservation of natural resources.
In accordance with the objectives of the Forests of Morocco 2020-2030 strategy, the projects must demonstrate a significant impact on the environmental, economic, and social levels, particularly in rural and mountain environments and among young rural people.
The five winners will receive motivational prizes to support the development and implementation of their projects.
