Malta praised the Kingdom’s significant reforms under the Wise Leadership of His Majesty King Mohammed VI in several fields.
In a joint statement issued on June 5 in Rabat following his talks with the Minister of Foreign Affairs, African Cooperation, and Moroccan Expatriates, Nasser Bourita, the Maltese Minister of Foreign and European Affairs and Trade, Ian Borg, expressed his country’s recognition of His Majesty the King’s Leadership.
Borg stressed that these reforms promote Morocco as “a credible reference partner and a pole of stability in the region.”
Malta also praised, in the joint statement, Morocco’s role as an advocate for peace and understanding between countries.
On this occasion, Morocco and Malta reaffirmed their commitment to strengthening their economic and commercial cooperation, particularly in the field of renewable energies, while urging the relevant parties to seize the opportunities offered by new value chains.
Bourita and Borg also commended the excellent ties uniting Morocco and Malta while reiterating their commitment to further strengthening cooperation between the two countries.
