Paris Saint-Germain’s coach, Christophe Galtier, said during the pre-match press conference against Montpellier, that his club is in the process of finalizing the loan move of Moroccan football star, Hakim Ziyech.
Chelsea and Paris Saint-Germain have, with difficulty, reached an agreement to loan Ziyech to the Parisian club for the rest of the season. However, the whole transfer is in jeopardy due to an unforeseeable mistake by the London managers.
The documents and contracts were submitted after the transfer deadline, meaning that Paris Saint-Germain must now file an appeal and wait for approval from the two leagues involved.
Meanwhile, Ziyech remains in Paris after having successfully completed his medical examination.
