Under the 2022 Finance Bill, 26,860 financial positions will be created; the bulk of these positions will go to the Department of National Defense. According to the text of the Finance Bill 2022 nº 76.21, which was ratified by Aziz akhannush’s government on Monday, 26,510 finance positions will be created for ministries and a number of institutions over the next year.
The National Defense Department plans to allocate about 10,800 positions in the fiscal year 2022, followed by the Ministry of interior with 6,544 positions and the Ministry of Health and social protection with 5,500 positions.
Under the 2022 finance law, the sector of the Ministry of Higher Education, Scientific Research and Innovation will receive 800 positions, the Ministry of Economy and Finance 500 positions, the General Directorate of prison administration and reintegration 500 positions, and the Ministry of Awqaf 400 positions.
In the Ministry of National Education, Primary Education and sports, 344 financial positions will be created, the Ministry of justice with 250 positions, and the Royal Court has allocated about 200 financial positions.
According to the draft finance law, the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries, Rural Development, Water and forestry was allocated 190 positions, 100 positions to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, African cooperation and Moroccans Residing Abroad, and the financial courts with 60 positions.
Further, 60 positions will be created in the Ministry of national territory preparation, reconstruction, housing and city policy, about 50 positions for the head of government, 50 positions for the Ministry of economic integration, micro-contracting, employment and competencies, 50 positions for the Supreme Council of the judiciary, and 30 positions for the general secretariat of the government.
The above-mentioned bill will also allocate 20 new financial positions to the House of Representatives, the House of councilors and the Ministry of transport and logistics, as well as 12 positions to the National Human Rights Council and 10 positions to the economic, social and Environmental Council. The head of government tends to distribute 350 financial positions to various ministries and institutions, 200 of which are allocated to persons with disabilities.
In addition to the above-mentioned financial positions, starting in January 2022, the Ministry of Higher Education, Scientific Research and Innovation has about 700 financial positions dedicated to settling the status of employees with doctoral degrees, who have been hired by the entrance exam as assistant professor of Higher Education.
