Members of the US delegation visiting Morocco praised, Tuesday in Rabat, the major reforms undertaken by the Kingdom under the wise leadership of His Majesty King Mohammed VI.
At a press briefing held following meetings with the Minister of Foreign Affairs, African Cooperation and Moroccan Expatriates, Nasser Bourita, the members of the US Congress stated that they were excited to witness firsthand the major reforms that the Moroccan Kingdom has undertaken and His Majesty the King’s role in these achievements.
“We value the Moroccan leadership in the region,” commended Representative Adriano Espaillat, further congratulating the Kingdom for its promotion of peace, especially in the Middle East.
Espaillat also praised the several reforms undertaken by the KiIngdom to support the family and empowerment of women, as well as economic investment and infrastructure, stressing the importance of the “solid” Moroccan-US partnership for the US.
“We will keep working to strengthen our relations with Morocco, which has become a model in the region,” said Congresswoman Sylvia Garcia, praising the African vision of His Majesty King Mohammed VI.
For his part, Congressman Salud Carbajal praised the partnership between the Kingdom and the US at the economic, military, security, and environmental levels, highlighting the efforts undertaken by the two countries to address several global challenges.
