The Second Foreign Minister of Brunei Darussalam, Dato Erywan Pehin Yusof, affirmed, on June 26, in Rabat, that his country supports Morocco’s territorial integrity and sovereignty over the Moroccan Sahara.
Following his talks with the Minister of Foreign Affairs, African Cooperation, and Moroccan Expatriates, Nasser Bourita, Yusof noted that Brunei Darussalam commends the Kingdom’s efforts to achieve a “lasting and peaceful” solution for the conflict over the Moroccan.
For his part, Bourita praised the “lasting and favorable” position of Brunei Darussalam, a friendly country that has never failed to support the Kingdom.
This important working visit to Morocco by Brunei Darussalam’s Second Foreign Minister is Brunei’s first of its kind.
