Head of Government, Aziz Akhannouch held talks on December 14, in Rabat, with Spain’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, European Union and Cooperation, José Manuel Albares, who is paying a working visit to Morocco, the first since the start of the new legislature.
During this meeting, the two parties welcomed the privileged relations of friendship and cooperation between the two countries, which continue to grow under the wise leadership of His Majesty King Mohammed VI, may Allah assist Him, and His Majesty King Felipe VI.
The two officials also welcomed the convergence of views on various issues of common interest, praising the quality of the bilateral partnership, based on good neighborliness, mutual trust, and permanent and constructive dialogue, particularly following the visit of Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez, to Morocco in April 2022, at the invitation of His Majesty King Mohammed VI.
