Bayt Mal Al-Quds Asharif Agency and the Governorate of Al-Quds organized, on August 22, a ceremony to award the top high school Maqdessi graduates of the 2022- 2023 academic year.
Intervening at the ceremony, held in Al-Ramm north of Al-Quds, the Agency’s Coordinator of Programs and Projects in Al-Quds, Ismail Al-Ramli, emphasized that under the enlightened leadership of His Majesty King Mohammed VI, Bayt Mal Al-Quds Asharif Agency constantly supports Palestinians in general and the inhabitants of the Holy City in particular.
Noting that this ceremony is an opportunity to reward the graduates and encourage them in their next journey, Al-Ramli shed light on the projects carried out by the Agency and the support it provides to Maqdessi institutions and inhabitants to strengthen their resistance in the Holy City.
The Moroccan official praised the cooperation between Bayt Mal Al-Quds Asharif Agency and the Directorate of Education and Teaching in the Holy City in implementing educational projects and building schools to strengthen the education system, which faces several challenges.
Al-Ramli also recalled the ceremony organized on August 21 by the Agency on the occasion of Youth Day, which coincided with the birthday of His Majesty King Mohammed VI, Chairman of Al-Quds Committee, in the presence of Palestinian children participating in the fourteenth edition of the Agency’s summer camp, held under the theme “The Green March.”
For his part, Deputy Governor of Jerusalem, Abdullah Siam, congratulated the students and their families, praising the efforts of Bayt Mal Al-Quds Asharif Agency in supporting the residents and institutions of Al-Quds.
In a similar context, the Representative of the Palestinian Ministry of Education and Teaching, Ayoub Alian, expressed his gratitude to His Majesty the King, the Moroccan government, and all Moroccans for their support for the Maqdessis and their attachment to Al-Quds and its sacred sites, which are in utmost need for support in these difficult circumstances.
Following the ceremony, Bayt Mal Al-Quds Asharif Agency awarded the graduating students laptops and certificates of achievement.
