HRH Crown Prince Moulay El Hassan Chairs Graduation Ceremony of 23rd Class of Higher Defense Course, 57th Class of General Staff Course

Under the High Instructions of His Majesty King Mohammed VI, Supreme Commander and Chief of General Staff of the Royal Armed Forces (FAR), His Royal Highness Crown Prince Moulay El Hassan chaired, on June 22 at the Royal College of Higher Military Education (CREMS) in Kenitra, the graduation ceremony of the 23rd class of the Higher Defense Course and the 57th class of the General Staff Course.

Upon his arrival, HRH Crown Prince Moulay El Hassan was greeted by the Major General, Inspector General of the Royal Armed Forces (FAR) and Commander of the Southern Zone, the Brigadier General, the Director of the Royal College of Higher Military Education (CREMS) and the Colonel-Major, Deputy Arms Commander of the Kenitra Square.

His Royal Highness Crown Prince Moulay El Hassan was also greeted by the Lieutenant General, Commander of the Royal Gendarmerie, senior officers of the Royal Armed Forces (FAR) General Staff, the Wali of the Rabat-Sale-Kenitra Region, the Governor of the Kenitra Province, the Dean of military attachés to embassies accredited to the Kingdom, and professors.

On this occasion, the Brigadier General and Director of the Royal College of Higher Military Education (CREMS) presented to His Royal Highness Crown Prince Moulay El Hassan the annual report on the activities of the Royal College and highlighted the best research theses of the graduating class of the Higher Defense Course, and the 1st edition of the Royal College’s Journal and plaque.

HRH Crown Prince Moulay El Hassan awarded Master’s degree certificates of higher military education specializing in National Defense, and General Staff diplomas to trainee officers from the Higher Defence Course and the General Staff Course.

Following this graduation ceremony, His Royal Highness Crown Prince Moulay El Hassan posed for a souvenir photo with the two graduating classes.

The 23rd graduating class of the Advanced Defense Course and the 57th graduating class of the General Staff Course saw the graduation of 285 students, including 56 officers from 24 brotherly countries of the Kingdom, namely Saudi Arabia, Spain, the UAE, Qatar, Angola, Benin, Burkina Faso, Cameroon, Central African Republic, Congo, Côte d’Ivoire, Djibouti, Chad, Egypt, Ethiopia, Gabon, Guinea Conakry, Mali, Mauritania, Niger, DR-Congo, Senegal, Tanzania, and Togo.
